As we approach this Veterans' Day, all of us with FOP Lodge 2 want to pay tribute to our military veterans and the many law enforcement professionals who also have served in the military.

Thank you for your commitment to keeping our communities safe and to protecting the freedoms we enjoy as Americans.

So far this year in the United States, more than 328 police officers have been shot in the line of duty. Every American who puts his or her life on the line in service to our country is in our thoughts and our hearts on Veterans' Day.

Thank you, one and all, for your service and your commitment to public safety.
